Integration

3D printing is an integral part of our development and manufacturing workflows. It allows us to respond quickly, flexibly, and cost-effectively to the needs of prototyping and small-scale production.

Functional Parts & Enclosures
We produce mechanical components, housings, brackets, and functional models directly from CAD data. Our focus is on strength, dimensional accuracy, and suitability for real-world use – whether for testing, development setups, or final applications.

Materials & Processes
We primarily use FDM and SLA printing technologies. Depending on the requirements, we choose between durable plastics (e.g. PETG, ABS, PA) and high-resolution resins. Combining both methods allows us to manufacture complex and highly precise parts.

Integration into Development
Printed parts are based directly on our 3D designs and fully integrated into our development process. They are used for fit checks, test assemblies, or early functional versions – significantly shortening the path to a working system.

Customer-Specific Parts
We also provide 3D printing services for external projects. Upon request, we handle everything from data preparation to technical consulting – from a single component to small batch production. We can also combine printed parts with machined components, electronics, or optical elements.

Post-Processing & Assembly
Depending on the use case, we finish printed parts by sanding, coating, installing threaded inserts, gluing, or integrating them into complete assemblies. The result: ready-to-use components suited for both lab and operational environments.

Prototyping
We build functional prototypes and assemblies as one-offs or in small quantities – mechanical, electronic, or as integrated systems. Using in-house design data, 3D printing, trusted suppliers, and internal assembly, we enable early testing of concepts, reduce technical risks, and support the transition to series production. We are also happy to take over assembly and commissioning based on customer-provided designs.
