EngineeringOur team combines electronics, mechanics, optics and software into working technical solutions. We take on individual tasks as well as complete projects – from the concept phase through design to handover to production.
Because so much of our products is developed in-house, we have proven modules and extensive experience in implementing technical requirements – practical, maintainable and sustainable.
Developing optical systems is one of our core competencies. We design and build optical assemblies for laser modules, beam delivery, image processing and precise positioning systems – using optical simulation tools and combined with mechanics and electronics into stable, adjustable complete systems.
From sensor and control technology to power electronics and FPGA-based systems: circuit design, layout, firmware, commissioning and testing. Robust solutions with long-term availability – independent of third-party suppliers.
Precision mechanical parts, sheet metal and milled parts up to complex housings and frame structures – designed in 3D CAD and tailored to manufacturing, assembly, thermal and optical requirements, installation space and ease of maintenance.
Embedded systems, PC applications and apps for our own and customer-specific hardware: microcontrollers, FPGAs, industrial interfaces, graphical user interfaces and data analysis. Hardware and software from one source means short paths.
Whether CTP platesetters such as the VMAX with laser optics and precision mechanics, or the new light barrier timing system with radio, app and analysis software: everything we sell, we developed ourselves. We bring this experience to customer projects.
